For field marketing, events and chiefs of staff
Embroidered team apparel
for the date in your calendar.
Offsites, retreats, sales kickoffs, an anniversary, a customer event. The shape of the job is always the same: a headcount, a date, a logo, and someone who has already been told it is their problem. Tell us the date first and we will tell you honestly whether it is makeable.
Work back from the date
The only arithmetic that matters.
Your pieces are embroidered after the order is approved, not before. Production takes up to five business days, transit another three to five inside the US, so eight to ten business days from payment, typically. We ship within the United States only. So the real question is not "can you do it", it is "when do you need to have decided". Counting backwards from the day the boxes have to be in the room:
- Day zero. The date everything has to be in hand.
- Minus ten business days. The order is approved and goes into production. This is the deadline that actually binds.
- Before that. Mark digitised, stitch-out approved, colours and sizes settled. Allow a few days for the humans, not the machines.
- If your date is inside that window, say so in the form. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not, and you should hear which one before you commit.
The pieces that work for events
Things people keep.
AS Colour blanks, embroidered to order in the United States. Heavier weights read as a gift rather than a handout, and caps travel well because they do not need a size.

One address or forty
Ship the whole run to one place for the room, or give everyone a staff store and let remote people get theirs at home. Both, usually.
Sizes without a spreadsheet
If people order their own, you never run the size survey. Real garment measurements are published for every size in inches and centimetres.
Costed, not guessed
Quantity, garment, stitch count, number of placements and destination all move the number, so we quote per piece and per programme rather than publishing one price that is wrong for you.
