Door one
Order samples.
Hold the garment and look at the stitching before you commit a headcount to it. A sample order is your mark, on the blanks you would actually run, made the way the programme would be made. It is credited in full against your first programme order.
What is in it
A cap, a tee, a crewneck, and a live staff store.
Three pieces with your mark on them, in the colours you are considering, plus a password-gated staff store stood up on your own address so you can see what your team would see. Set-up and digitising your mark are included. There is no set-up fee on any SEWN programme.

What it costs
Quote on request.
The number depends on the pieces, the colours and the stitch count of your mark, so we price it properly rather than publishing one figure that is wrong for most people. Tell us the three pieces you want and we come back with a number the same day.
Whatever you pay for the samples comes off your first programme order. If you do not go ahead, you keep the pieces.

How it runs
- You tell us the pieces, the colours and the placement, and send your mark in any format you have.
- We digitise it into a stitch file at our cost and send you the stitch-out before anything is sewn.
- The samples are made and shipped to one US address. Your pieces are embroidered after the order is approved, not before. Production takes up to five business days, transit another three to five inside the US, so eight to ten business days from payment, typically. We ship within the United States only.
- If you go ahead, the sample cost comes off the first programme order and the staff store goes live.
